CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The Conference Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts on one of the topics listed below.
The deadline for abstract submission is 15 March 2023.
Only abstracts of authors who have registered and paid their registration fees will be scheduled and included in the final program.

RULES FOR SUBMISSION
Abstracts must be submitted via email to mail@eurotraining.it by and not later than 15 March 2023.
The presenting author is required to attend the conference and present the talk.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
The Scientific Committee will review abstracts. Following this, information regarding acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the abstract submitter.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
· The abstract should be as informative as possible, and structured using the following headings:
1. Introduction: state background and specific object of study
2. Methods: shortly describe methods used
3. Results: summarize results obtained
4. Conclusions: state conclusions reached
· Abstracts must be submitted in good English. Standard abbreviations may be used.
· Abstract length must not exceed 250 words.
· A maximum of 2 abstracts per presenting author may be submitted.
ABSTRACT AWARDS
The Conference President, Prof. Valerio Cervelli is pleased to offer special awards (C.U. Casciani Prize and the PRRS Prize) to the authors of the first three best abstracts accepted for oral presentation at the 12th International Conference on Regenerative Surgery. The aim of the awards is the promotion of excellence in the field of Plastic Regenerative Surgery. Candidates must be under the age of 40, and fully accredited and actively practicing Plastic Surgery. They must be able to communicate well in both written and spoken English.
Abstract Selection and Evaluation
All abstracts accepted for oral presentation will be evaluated by the Scientific Awards Committee chaired by the Conference President, Valerio Cervelli and composed by Stefania De Fazio, Benedetto Longo, Gabriele Storti and Gennaro D’Orsi. Each member of the scientific board will assess the quality of the abstracts on the basis of the following criteria:
- Originality
- Cases
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusions
- Impact
- Overall impression.
Each criterion will be evaluated on a 5-point scale. The prize-winning abstracts will be selected from the top-scored physician’s abstracts presented at the Conference.
C.U. Casciani Prize
The C.U. Casciani Prize, established by Prof. Valerio Cervelli in memory of Professor Carlo Umberto Casciani, will be awarded to the best evaluated abstract presented at the 12th International Conference on Regenerative Medicine.
PRRS Prize
The Plastic Reconstructive and Regenerative Surgery Journal (PRRS – www.prrsjournal.com) is the first world open access peer-reviewed journal focusing on scientific research and clinical innovation in reconstructive, aesthetic, and regenerative surgery. PRRS is the official organ of the Italian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SICPRE) and the Italian Society of Microsurgery (SIM). It is also in partnership with the Italian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (AICPE) and Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine (SIME). The editors of the PRRS journal, V. Cervelli and B. Longo, will award a prize to the three best evaluated abstracts presented at the 12th International Conference on Regenerative Surgery. The winners will be invited to publish the scientific work in the Regenerative section of the PRRS journal. If the selected articles have already been published or accepted for publication in a scientific journal, the PRRS prize will be assigned to unsubmitted scientific works based on the result of the evaluation from the scientific award committee.
