Registration Fee
Physician € 450,00 VAT 20% included
Resident (under 35) € 240,00 VAT 20% included

Please register within and not later than December 1, 2009.
The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
- entry to all scientific sessions and exhibition area
- congress kit
- coffee-breaks and lunch
Methods of payment
Payment should be made by one of the following methods:
• By bank transfer to:
AIM Congress srl, Rome Office, Banca INTESA-SANPAOLO, Filiale Roma 37,
Via Campania, 49 - 00187 Roma, IBAN IT02 F030 6903 2401 0000 0005 428.
• By credit card in security certificate mode “verySign” and “SSB”.
All major credit cards are accepted (America Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card).
Registration will be processed only when accompanied by the original payment.
The original invoice will be sent by email. Please provide us with the correct email address.
Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until November 23, 2009, with a refund of all paid fees, except for a 30% administrative charge. No refund will be made for cancellations received after this date.
