Registration to the Conference
All participants must submit a completed registration form.
Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration.
Please note that numbers for the conference are limited, registrations will be accepted on first come, first served basis therefore on site registrations will not be guaranteed.
Registration fee includes:
* admission to all scientific sessions
* admission to the technical exhibition
* delegate’s bag with the conference material
* certificate of attendance
* luncheons & coffee breaks

Registration fees must be paid only in Euro (€) by the following methods:

Important: all bank charges are to be borne by the transmitter.
Please remember to specify the name of the Congress and the participant on the bank transfer document.
As soon as the Organising Secretariat has received the complete registration form and the required payment, a written confirmation and an invoice will be sent by e-mail. For any queries regarding registration please write to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notification of cancellations and changes must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. For cancellations received before October 31, the full payment less 20% for administrative costs will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after October 31, 2016. All refunds will be made after the conference.
